About Mark McNally: Mark McNally was born and bred in Belfast, Ireland for 26 years, then moved to the states in 2007 with his wife and young children. Yes, he still has the accent. No, he doesn’t know Bono. At age 18, he was entertaining pub regulars and playing music well beyond his ages. He quickly moved into bigger shows and events covering weddings, corporate events, talent competitions and street parties. He likes to get people involved and uses his outgoing personality to do so without being too “over the top”.
Mark states, “I really love what I do. For me DJ’ing is not a job, it’s a passion. It’s great to be a part of the best in the business with Joe Bunn and the entire DJ team. It was very important to us that our wedding reception be an amazing, memorable experience. Mark McNally without a doubt was critical to our event. He delivered a flawless set. Mark was very observant of the the crowd and delivered well timed songs that were appropriate for the mood. He did an excellent job matching the rhythms of each song to keep the dance floor moving. In addition to being a talented DJ, Mark is also a charismatic MC. The fact that he took the time days before hand to make sure he pronounced everyone's name right made a world of difference! Hi Mark, I know this is a little late but Abbie and I wanted to say thank you for your service at our reception. As you know we were worried about people dancing and you did a good job of keeping it going. We almost caused the party to end ourselves when we pulled out the Ziemann family for a family photo. Since Ziemann relatives made up half the guests it looked like the party ended. I was concerned when we came back in and there were only a few people still in the tent. You saved it, though, and got people (those who didn’t leave thinking the party was over) back on the floor. I like the fact that you called out the crowd on the "Cupid Shuffle", and you even got Abbie’s dad on the floor which has NEVER happened (good thing we have pictures to prove it). I’d say your first dry reception was a success.

Our DJ, Mark McNally, was a highlight of our day. Several people came up to me throughout the reception to tell me that it was the best playlist they'd ever heard and what a great job he was doing. He kept things moving without feeling rushed and gave us a really nice mix of uptempo and slower songs. Mark ROCKED our reception!! We had to make a couple last minute decisions and he totally took control and made this easier for me. I wanted to be sure and let you know how pleased we were with our DJ, Mark. He did a wonderful job at my daughter’s wedding at Shell Island on September 4. He played a great mix of music and kept the reception lively. I don’t think he took a break all night! My son-in-law’s family is Persian and Mark played a lot of Persian music which was a huge hit with everyone. Once the music started I don’t think the dance floor was ever empty. In short, of the hundreds of parts and pieces it took to put the wedding together, Mark made it easy and stress free. I have helped plan weddings for friends only to witness sheer disaster when a vendor didn’t come through as promised.
