Private Event Pricing Information

Associate Base Rate: $275 per hour

  • Uplighting (16 Wireless LED, any color) – $350

  • Dance Floor Lighting – $200

  • “Sleek” Photo Booth (unlimited text or emailed photos, no prints) – $550

  • Travel – $50 per hour each way outside of The Gallatin Valley

  • Hotel Accommodation TBD depending on location (If venue is 75 miles outside Gallatin Valley)
