Ginny and Ryan’s reception took place at the amazing Angus Barn at the end of November. Cocktails took place on the tented patio when guests first arrived. Next, they made their way into the pavilion for introductions. The bridal party entered to “Top of the World” by Imagine Dragons and the newlyweds came in to “You Make Me Dreams Come True” by Hall & Oates. After they were introduced, they went right into their first dance “Like the Rain” by Clint Black. They had some moves! Ginny and her dad danced next to “I Love Her First” by Heartland and then Ryan and his mother danced to Jimmy Buffett’s song “Tin Cup Chalice”. Ginny’s dad welcomed everyone, toasts were given to the couple, the blessing was said, and dinner was served! As always, the food was amazing!
After dinner, we picked it back up with the cake cutting (“Sugar Pie, Honey Bunch” by Four Tops) and then the dance floor opened! The night was filled with requests provided by the couple on their online planner and some of my choices. There was never a dull moment out there! The only pause was for the bouquet toss (“Something Bad” by Miranda Lambert and Carrie Underwood) and garter toss (“You Sexy Thing” by Hot Chocolate). Then it was back to more dancing all the way up to the sparkler departure! What a night! Can’t wait to see the video footage from Twenty One Films!

DJing is more than just showing up and pressing play. It’s also more than just knowing how to choose songs and mix them together. Begin a wedding DJ is about creating experiences and atmospheres. That’s what our DJing philosophy boils down to. We don’t want to just provide the perfect music. We want to create the perfect day. That’s why we excel in what we do. And this wedding was a perfect example of that. Working with this awesome couple to create the day they envisioned is something we’ll never forget. And it’s a service we provide all our Raleigh Weddings again and again.
