The Byrd

All the bells and whistles in one affordable package! The Byrd includes everything in The Carillon plus:

A La Carte Options

Base Rate: $1550 for 4 hours

This is the base rate for any of our amazing DJs.

  • Overtime Rate: $250 per hour

  • Ceremony Option: $550 (Wireless Mic System – 1 handheld & 2 lapel mics- Speaker System, Guest Arrival & Ceremony Music) – Covers 1 Hr of Time

  • Ceremony Option #2 : $250 (One Wireless Lapel Mic, Speaker System – No Music)

  • Uplighting (16 wireless LED): $600

  • Remote Cocktail Hour Setup: $150

  • Dance Floor Lighting: $250

  • Additional Speakers: $100 ea

  • Travel: $40 per hour each way outside of Richmond City

  • Extra Mics Available – $50 ea

  • **For any event more than 1.5 hrs from Richmond a $150 overnight stay allowance will automatically be added to your package (including the Main St, the Carillon, or the Byrd packages)
