Milad and Julia got married at Burlington Weddings and Events in Charles City with 125 of their closest family and friends attending. Milad’s family is Iranian and he wanted us to work in Persian music with the playlist we put together for everyone. It was a fun challenge putting together a setlist mixing traditional and contemporary Persian music with their requests of 90s/2000s hip-hop/pop throwbacks and putting our own Bunn DJ flavor on it. We also provided the ceremony audio and uplighting, as you can imagine the venue looked amazing!⁣

Morgan and James had their wedding reception at the Commonwealth Club in Richmond, with DJ Petey B rocking the decks. They had a huge age range and so the music was really open format early on, everything from Motown and classic rock to Top 40 classics. Morgan was the third of her sisters to be married within 21 months and their family and friends came to party! ⁣

Courtney and Paige had their wedding ceremony at the Poe Museum and their reception at Havana ’59 in downtown Richmond. The wedding was a small affair with around 30 guests in attendance. One of the biggest songs of the night was Cher’s “Believe”. It had been a while since I played that song and it was great to see it get such a huge reaction, watching everyone singing along and enjoying themselves really made the night. ⁣

Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden: Enjoy year-round beauty in more than a dozen themed gardens at this historic 50-acre property. The classic glass dome conservatory is the only one of its kind in the Mid-Atlantic. And the Christmas light display is a popular crowd-pleaser.
