Meet David Fox
Music has always been a part of David’s life, putting on his first “concert” at the family holiday party when he was 5. David fell in love with DJing during college at NC State, buying equipment after a summer in Europe where he saw some of the world’s top DJs perform. David was already known around campus for his “mixed CDs” so it was only natural that he started DJing.
David continued DJing through graduate school, receiving his law degree and MBA in 2010. He worked as an environmental attorney and consultant for 4 years and continued to DJ events and weddings for Bunn DJ Company, before opening the Charleston office in 2014.
David’s path to becoming a professional, full-time DJ was unconventional to say the least! David has performed on hundreds of occasions during his 12+ year DJ career, from clubs to weddings to corporate events. David adds – “The DJ is a reflection of the hosts, so when they book a DJ for their event, they expect the best. They expect the DJ to deliver their vision, and that’s what I do.”

MEET JUAN GUILLERMO
Meet Juan Guillermo
Music runs in Juan’s family, from him and his siblings participating in middle and high school band programs, to even an uncle who’s a German rock star for U.D.O.! But what really got Juan interested in DJing was one summer in Ibiza, Spain, where he watched several of the world’s top DJs perform. With all the excitement, the high energy, and everything in between, it became clear to him that’s where he wanted to be one day.
Juan began with music production but decided to take a small step back, and after taking some time to focus on his IT career, he never could shake the itch to get back into DJing. Juan decided though that this time, he would focus his skills on mixing and performing.
Juan has DJ’d for all sorts of events since 2010. It all began with small parties for friends and families, and over the years, has progressed to doing Sweet 16’s, school dances, corporate events, and weddings. He’s handled events of all sizes, ranging from small 20-30 people parties to even 200+ people weddings.
Juan hopes to continue with music production in the future, striving to reach that ever-elusive top, world-traveling DJ level. In his spare time, Juan loves relaxing with his dog, Ares, and playing video games for charity. He even teaches martial arts at his own Karate school in Goose Creek, SC, called Japan International Karate Center and continues to practice martial arts.

MEET MICHAEL MARSICO
Meet Michael Marsico
Michael was born into music with a professional singer/drummer as a father. Since childhood, Mike’s parents motivated him to learn a wide variety of instruments ranging from the drums to the cello. In his youth, music took a back seat for a short time period to sports which ended a lot of his aspirations to play these instruments. When Michael finally “came to his senses”, he traded in his cleats in for a new form of instrument, DJ equipment, and hasn’t looked back since.
Mike was hooked and initially DJed events for friends and family members. During college, he spent almost all of his free time buying records, downloading songs, and practicing mixing techniques. In the summer of 2013, he relocated to Charleston, where due to the energetic culture of the city and its beaches, he decided he would begin to DJ professionally. Since then Mike has been DJing non-stop in his spare time when he is not teaching middle school English.
Michael has performed at a variety of events over his year professional career that have given him a range of experiences and skills so that he can adapt to any event and crowd. Mike adds – “There is nothing more rewarding than being given the opportunity to create the real-life soundtrack for a client’s big day. I love knowing that down the road they will hear one of the songs I played and smile because it brings them right back to that special moment!”

MEET PHIL CONSTANTIN
Meet Phil Constantin
Phil has always been the person at the party who would quietly make his way to the stereo system and take control of the music so everyone would have a great time. In high school, he self-appointed himself to make the warm-up mixtapes for his state champion soccer team. In college, girls would turn to him at parties and tailgates to make the party “fun.” It was only fitting that Phil would eventually wind up handling entertainment for couples on their biggest day.
Upon graduating from college, Phil returned to Charleston and started working in promotions for a Top 40 radio station. His passion for music and pop culture eventually landed him an on-air position, which he still holds today. Shortly thereafter, Phil decided to try his hand at DJing weddings after attending a handful of nuptials where he felt uncomfortable as a guest witnessing some “cheesy” DJs at work.
Phil has close to a decade of wedding experience in Charleston. Working for a radio station keeps him current on music, while his years of experience grants him the knowledge of how to engage guests of all ages and manage the flow of an event.

MEET JON FEIST
Meet Jon Feist
DJ Jon Feist was on the turntables at the age of 5. He would play his older sister’s records for hours while she was at school. As his musical journey began Jon always leaned towards the songs with a dance rhythm, it was his goal to be exposed to every type of music. Getting paid for his first DJ gig even before he graduated high school Jon was hooked.
A few DJs took him under their wing and Jon became well known for playing break beats and house music in Reno, Lake Tahoe, San Francisco and Seattle in the 90’s. He went by the stage name DJ Feist-E. DJing at late night parties and nightclubs became DJ Feist-E’s world. He produced records and had a nightclub residency in Germany for almost a year.
When Jon returned to the states he continued to DJ in California holding residencies at large scale nightclubs. He went on to Co-host a number of morning shows where he did live mixes twice daily on the radio. The mixshow’s popularity won him national syndication and his mixes played all over the country in the early 2000’s. He was voted best DJ by the Chico, CA News and Review in 2003.

MEET GREGORY THOMPSON
Meet Gregory Thompson
Music has been a part of Gregory’s life since birth. This is thanks to his father’s DJing career of more than 30 years learning how to work the 1s and 2s which is how Gregory got his DJ career started at the early age of 13. Starting young, and falling in love with DJing so early, Gregory has DJ’ed over 300 events since beginning his professional DJing career in 2005.
But Gregory is more than just a DJ. He is a lover of music. Never too far away from working on his next mix or trying out a new type of music to play, he enjoys all types of music genres, from heart-pounding EDM to smooth jazz. Music is an outlet for him as it is too many others. Music calms the soul and opens the mind to new feelings and experiences, but most of all, music brings people together to celebrate. For Gregory, there is no other greater feeling than being a part of the moment/event where music brings people together.

MEET JORDAN WHETSTONE
Meet Jordan Whetstone
I love music. One of my earliest memories was singing MC Hammers Can’t Touch This with my family on a road trip. Since then I have been singing and dancing to all of my favorite songs. In college, I made mixed CD’s and I would allow the music to take me where it wanted to go. I would go from Foghat to Frank Sinatra, to Frederic Chopin, and somehow end with Flo-rid-a. Now I am able to take my broad love of music and put a special spin into your reception or event.
I started my entertainment career in 2013 at JLK Events. I have performed at many weddings, and you will still catch me dancing the night away behind the DJ booth. Being a DJ is so much fun for me as I get a small glimpse of what it’s like to be part of my clients’ inner circle of friends and family.

Meet Brian Hoggatt
When Brian 10 years old he won “high series” in his bowling league and part of the prize was all of the old records from the jukebox, which turned him onto Kool and the Gang, Boz Scaggs, and The Commodores. From that moment Brian was hooked.
From the moment, you meet Brian you will feel like you have known him for most of your life. He will reassure you that your special day will be perfect!
Brian has more than 30 years of performing at Weddings, Receptions, Corporate Events, Night Clubs, Concerts, and Family-Friendly functions. Brian has over 1 million songs in his collection so he has something for everyone to ensure your guests will have a great time.

MEET DWAYNE BRIGHT
Meet Dwayne Bright
Diversity is one of Dwayne’s biggest strengths. Having been a professional radio DJ in Cincinnati, Miami and Philadelphia, Dwayne has the music background and professionalism to make any and every affair one to remember.
Born and raised in Philadelphia, PA, Dwayne began his DJ career in college while at Hampton University where he majored in Radio Production. He caught the “Charleston Bug” while on vacation, later married on Folly Beach and now makes Charleston his permanent home. Dwayne has hosted and performed over 250 events in his career.

MEET MAWALI ROBERTS
Meet Mawali Roberts
A “curator of memories and a feel-good atmosphere”, is how Mawali describes himself as a DJ. Growing up in the melting pot of Queens, NY. Mawali listened to a combination of his West Indian roots (Reggae, Calypso, Dancehall, Afrobeats), synth-infused 80’s music (Depeche Mode, A-Ha), 90’s Rock (Red Hot Chili Peppers, Nirvana), Latin music (Bachata, Merengue, Reggaeton) … all of which became infused with his own love for both Hip-Hop, R&B, and Pop music.
Mawali is a very active member of his local community and federal government. Although he loves playing in nightclubs, patios, and special events, his love for music goes beyond the spectrum of mixing tunes. His goal is to one day help other veterans like himself transition successfully as entertainers.
Mawali started out in music as a song writer and audio engineer. In 2017 he decided to make the jump into DJing professionally. Mawali has spent time DJing in Los Angeles, D.C, Maryland, Virginia, and Germany ever since. Mawali relocated to Charleston at the beginning of 2023 and is proud to be the newest member of the Bunn DJ team.

MEET ROY MCCOY (ROY NEPTUNE)
Meet Roy McCoy (Roy Neptune)
Roy Neptune has been performing his versatile sounds throughout the southeast, since 2013. He grew up in Columbia, SC, and started collecting music at 8 years old, curating an extensive catalog of music to excel at being an open-format DJ. One of his earliest memories is playing his dad’s copy of Jimi Hendrix’s Band of Gypsies Live album on the family stereo system in their home’s living room, at 6 years old.
For every holiday, birthday, and good day in between, something musically related was requested. Whether they were blank cassettes to record and make mixtapes from the radio, Korn CDs, or a guitar. Music has always been an essential staple in Roy’s life. This really expanded in his college years at CCU where he would be exposed to genres from regions all across the country and world.
Still, while at CCU and working at a local dive bar in Myrtle Beach, He would be constantly handed money by patrons and the bar’s owners to play music on the jukebox because of how well he could accommodate the atmosphere and keep the ambiance. This is where a dare from a friend would actually spur him to pursue DJing. It’s been a wild ride ever since.
Blending his extensive knowledge of current and classic popular music, there is no genre this experienced artist can’t touch nor a dancefloor he can’t get moving on a Friday or Saturday night. He’s played several festivals, has held several club residencies of various demographics all across South Carolina, has played numerous weddings and corporate functions across the South Eastern, US. He’d like potential clients to know that “To work with them is a privilege, and to make memories with them, for me, is Priceless. My goal is to leave them feeling the same,”

MEET CHRIS FLOYD (FLOYD)
Meet Chris Floyd (Floyd)
Born in Monterey, CA, Floyd has spent his entire life traveling around the world, due to his father’s military career. While his environment constantly changed, one thing remained constant, his love for music.
Floyd picked up piano at the age of 5, but quickly abandoned the instrument, as he saw the structure of lessons to be tedious. It wasn’t until he entered the Fifth grade, and began learning the saxophone, that he truly fell in love. Floyd’s jazz roots soon developed into a deep love for instruments of all kinds, as he found himself, once again, behind the ivory keys of the piano. Floyd quickly developed a love for guitar and the drums, and began writing and recording his first songs. As Floyd got older Lacrosse became a significant part of his life and, in his own words, “distracted from what was truly important”. Once Floyd graduated High School, he found himself in the city where his father grew up, Charleston, SC. Once his days of lacrosse were behind him, Floyd pursued the arts of digital production and audio engineering. While living in Charleston and working as an audio engineer, Floyd once again found himself under the control of a new love, DJing.
To classify his taste with one genre would be a disservice to his passion for music. Floyd continues to be an avid musician and hopes to make as much music as possible before his time comes. It may seem Floyd is throwing everything, save the kitchen sink, into his mixes. Rest assured, Floyd’s pursuit of rhythm is not aimless. While the sub-genres of Dance continue to scatter his Discography, his purpose remains the same; Floyd wants to make the people move.

MEET ROGER KOVACH
Meet Roger Kovach
DJ Rodge is from a small town in South Carolina. He has always had a passion for playing music since he was a kid and grew up playing for family events and parties. He started to take DJing more seriously after he played at his best friend’s birthday party a few years ago. DJ Rodge started in small bars and worked his way into the big bars and clubs around 5 Points in Columbia, SC, as well as The Vista in Columbia, SC.
He is a resident DJ at Jay’s Bar of Columbia and is very well-known around the area. A few places that he has played include 5 Points Saloon, Group Therapy, Vista Union, and Pinch & Tin Roof. He also plays for fraternity and sorority rentals around The University of South Carolina.
He loves to play EDM, pop, and hip hop tracks but can play whatever is needed to fill the dance floor and stay moving all night! DJ Rodge is very energetic and very interactive with the crowd.

Meet Brice Bennett
Brice Bennett has had a love for music since he was old enough to dance before he even knew what music was. Originally from a small town (Sumter, SC), he brings his southern charm and passion to every event and keeps everyone on their feet. Brice played drums in various bands as a teenager but found a new passion through DJing while attending college at the University of South Carolina. When he’s not mixing music, he is either watching other artists perform or on the golf course. Brice loves connecting and interacting with the crowd and strives to provide the perfect atmosphere at any event.
