- Things get lively in the spring and summer with Bluffton Sunset Parties at Bluffton Oyster Factory Park. The highlight of the music and entertainment series is the 2-day May River Shrimp Festival.
- Stand-up paddlers of all levels enjoy June’s Paddle the May. There are short and long courses as well as a 1-mile fun course. A portion of the proceeds is donated to Boys & Girls Clubs of the Lowcountry.
- The Heyward House Museum serves as Bluffton’s welcome center. It’s also the location for September’s Boiled Peanut Festival. With proceeds going to the Historic Bluffton Foundation, you’ll enjoy boiled peanuts and live music all day long.
